The problem

The problem

With a secretary about to commence Maternity Leave, this Psychologist was concerned about the cost and continuity of employing a temporary replacement.

Having used d2u whilst engaged at a different practice, the Psychologist recalled the specialist typists who would be familiar with her specific area of medicine and able to cope with a fluctuating volume of work.

The problem

A heavy workload with two full days in the City, increasing issues in his constituency and no full time secretary led to an enquiry with d2u!

We introduced digital equipment at the MP’s place of work, his home and on his laptop. He could manage his time far more effectively by dictating and sending all correspondence to d2u via Wi-Fi whilst travelling by train between his constituency and London.

The problem

A recently formed but rapidly expanding accountancy firm was struggling with a growing volume of work and increasing regulatory demands. The owner was reluctant to employ expensive administrative support due to the downturn in the economic climate.

Following a recommendation from an associate, the accountant initiated our free trial. Like most people, he quickly realised he could talk considerably faster than he could type and started to dictate his work to d2u. Although she had good typing speeds, there were numerous occasions when this busy journalist needed to be in two places at once, and neither of them would have a word processor.
