    What can I do if I experience any problems?

    If you experience any problems at all, we are only a phone call away and guarantee to address your problem immediately.

    What can we do if a report or letter gets lost?

    If a letter or a report goes astray, we can e-mail you a further copy for signature. This can only be carried out inside two months from the

    date of initial completion of the letter or report. Completed work after this two month date will be deleted from our system.

    How do you deal with confidential information?

    All dictation files received are treated as confidential information. All dictate2us typists are fully under our control and are sensitive to

    the requirements of treating all customer information as confidential.
