Problem

Although she had good typing speeds, there were numerous occasions when Mrs Brown needed to be in two

places at once and neither of them would have a word processor.

Solution

Dictating her work to d2u meant that she was able to focus on one assignment knowing that the last one was

being typed. The flexibility of the d2u system was also ideal for her as it meant that she was able to dictate

work “on the move”.
